Luxury Powder Room Gut Renovation with Custom Marble Vanity & Designer Finishes

This powder room underwent a complete gut renovation from the studs up, transforming an outdated space into a sophisticated retreat with a curated mix of high-end, custom elements. The centerpiece is a fully custom-fabricated marble corner vanity — a one-of-a-kind piece featuring a dramatic veined marble surround, a curved floating shelf, and a sculptural dark vessel sink with a polished brass faucet.

The floor is finished in intricate Moroccan-patterned tile that adds artisan texture underfoot, while the walls are wrapped in a lush botanical wallpaper that brings warmth and elegance to every corner. All plumbing was fully replaced with new copper supply lines and updated drain connections to meet modern standards.

Every detail was thoughtfully designed and expertly executed — from the custom stone fabrication to the selection of finishes — resulting in a small space that makes a lasting impression.

Full Bathroom Gut Renovation with Rare Black Marble Floors, Heated Flooring & Marble Tile Shower

61 E 77th St, New York

This bathroom underwent a complete gut renovation — walls stripped to the studs, all plumbing fully replaced, and every surface rebuilt from scratch. The client had a clear vision: a timeless, spa-quality bathroom with premium materials throughout, delivered on time and on budget.

The shower walls are finished in large-format white marble subway tile and a striking herringbone marble mosaic accent wall, enclosed by new frameless glass. The shower floor features a dramatic fine black mosaic tile that flows into the rare black marble slab flooring throughout the rest of the bathroom — a bold, luxurious choice that anchors the entire design. Radiant heated flooring was installed beneath the black marble for year-round comfort.

All fixtures and fittings are brand new, including a classic chrome faucet set, new toilet, and a custom white vanity with polished hardware. The result is a refined, high-end bathroom that looks and feels completely transformed.

Full Kitchen Remodel with Wall Opening, Custom Breakfast Bar & New Stainless Appliances

This full kitchen remodel transformed a closed-off, dated kitchen into a bright, modern space seamlessly connected to the living area. A wall was opened up to create a generous pass-through with a custom quartz breakfast bar — perfect for casual dining and entertaining — turning what was once a cramped, isolated room into an open, inviting layout.

Inside the kitchen, everything was replaced from scratch: sleek high-gloss white cabinetry floor to ceiling, white quartz countertops with subtle veining, and a grey subway tile backsplash that adds depth and contrast. All-new stainless steel appliances were installed throughout, including a French door refrigerator, gas range with cooktop, and a built-in dishwasher. Dark porcelain floor tile grounds the space and adds a sophisticated finishing touch.

The result is a clean, contemporary kitchen that maximizes every inch — functional, stylish, and completely transformed.

Kitchen Cabinet Refinishing with Under-Cabinet Lighting Installation

214 W 14th St, New York

This kitchen refresh proves you don't need a full remodel to achieve a dramatic transformation. The existing dark espresso cabinets were fully stripped and repainted in a clean, bright white — updating the entire look and feel of the kitchen without replacing a single cabinet box.

All-new under-cabinet LED lighting was installed throughout, dramatically improving task lighting and adding a warm, polished glow to the countertops that the original kitchen completely lacked. The difference between the before and after speaks for itself: what was once a dark, heavy space now feels open, modern, and significantly larger.

A cost-effective alternative to a full cabinet replacement — same bones, completely new look.

Full Apartment Refresh & Professional Staging for Sale — Painting, Wallpaper & New Light Fixtures

Prepared for market, this large Manhattan apartment received a complete cosmetic refresh designed to maximize its appeal to buyers. Every surface was freshly painted throughout — walls, ceilings, trim, and doors — giving the entire home a crisp, move-in-ready feel. Select walls received designer wallpaper to add texture and visual interest to the entryway gallery and key living spaces.

New light fixtures were installed in multiple rooms, including a striking statement chandelier in the dining area and updated ceiling fixtures throughout, significantly elevating the atmosphere from the original builder-grade lighting. The bathrooms — featuring classic white subway tile walls, sage green mosaic floors, and glass enclosures — were cleaned and detailed to show beautifully.

Once the work was complete, the apartment was professionally staged room by room: the sprawling living and dining areas were furnished with high-end contemporary pieces in a warm neutral palette, the long gallery hallway was styled with sculptural art and furniture, and the large chef's kitchen with its center island was presented at its full potential.

The result was a sophisticated, show-ready home that stood out in a competitive market.
